Churches in Vembar

Strange that just a day after I was reminded of Vembar, my sister-in-law phoned to say she was going to tonsure her head-offer her hair to God-at St.Antony's church in Vembar. I have a vague memory of that being a small little shrine on the beach.But,it seems that was washed away in the tsunami a few years back and another one has been built nearby.
My mummy and daddy were very secular.Though Vembar housed our family's ancestral temple of worship, they also took us to a church which is in the town.If my memory is right, I think it was called Holy Spirit Church.
